This milestone set a precedent, and today ISO certification has become a norm for government offices across India. Soon after, Technocrat was chosen as the consultant for the ISO 9001:2000 certification of the Chief Minister’s Office, Gujarat — the first CM office in India to achieve this distinction. Our association with the CM Office continues to this day.
